Westfeld-Fest 2023: A lot has been built on the site of the former Felix Platter Hospital in recent years, and the area has developed into a lively neighbourhood. This progress of the first construction phase was celebrated with the Westfeld-Fest.
A varied programme of festivities was put together for the public, which delighted young and old alike. With open shops and studios, a neighbourhood market, live music and a wealth of culinary offerings, the Westfeld neighbourhood was transformed into a veritable festival paradise.

Participants: approx. 4’000 persons

Target: Local residents, interested parties, partners

Objective: To invite the neighbourhood into the new development and say thank you to the tenants and partners.

Location: Westfeld neighbourhood, St. Johann Basel

Motto: Westfeld-Fest 2023

Programme highlights: Festival programme with neighbourhood market, music and food stalls, various activities such as scavenger hunt, carousel and rickshaw taxi, Food service establishments from the Westfeld, businesses and institutions from the Westfeld.
