Equans Switzerland AG organized a special event in Biel to strengthen the cohesion of employees from the different language regions. The day started with a seminar that provided space for dialogue and new perspectives. After the informative morning, all participants enjoyed a buffet lunch – the perfect preparation for the afternoon programme. This was followed by an exciting tour of the stadium with exclusive insights behind the scenes. Another highlight was the rousing drum session: a sense of rhythm, cooperation and team spirit took centre stage and generated a lot of energy and enthusiasm in the group. The event concluded with a relaxed drinks reception – with lively discussions and the good feeling of having come a little closer together as a team.
