Noteworthy: To enable all employees from all over the country to attend the event, a shuttle bus service was offered for arrivals and departures which meant organising and coordinating about 30 shuttle busses positioned at two entries and exits of the venue hall. Several photographs and a VJ were hired to document the anniversary Event.
